Shipping Guidelines

  • We are not responsible for miss or late delivery where errors are caused by incorrect consignee’s address and contact information been provided.
  • Shipper is entitle to bear freight charges unconditionally if consignee refuses to pay for freight collect shipments.
  • Bester, Customs or other governmental authorities may open and inspecting goods in anytime without notice when necessary.
  • Upon customs request, the shipper, owner or steak holders of goods are require and responsible to provide the proper documentation or permits for import or export declaration, any incurring surcharge will be billed to the shipper, owner or steak holders of goods.
  • There is a general lien on all shipments during our possession at any time, where reserve the right to hold or sell the contents and retain the proceeds of sale in settling of any debts amounts when shipper, owner or beneficiary of goods become debtor of BEST.
  • Bester will only conditionally accept live animal shipments as exceptional case, where eligible transportation packages for containing live animals must be applied, and as with all other packages.
  • We charge cargo’s actual weight or volume weight, whichever is bigger.
  • The shipper must provide require documentation for Customs clearance, such as commercial, packing list etc.., and certifying that all statements and information contained for exportation or importation are true and correct. Mean whiles, the shipper understands that civil and criminal penalties, which including forfeiture and sale may be imposed for making false or fraudulent statements.
